Andrew Vincent is the creator and Executive Producer of the original TV series, Your Business Success. Andrew led the Your Business Success show through twelve series and with four years on Channel 9 under its belt, Your Business Success is Australia's longest-running reality TV show for growing businesses.
Prior to working on the show, Andrew consulted to SME owners for more than 10 years. Many of these businesses were struggling to survive and needed advice on how to solve key business problems and grow. Andrew was able to help, and this hands-on experience provided the inspiration for the Your Business Success series .
Owen Joyce was the founder and Asia Pacific Managing Director of a successful eLearning business called SelfCert. SelfCert (founded in 2000) was the exclusive reseller of Skillsoft products in the region and became very successful over a 4 year period. The business was eventually sold in 2004 to SEEK Ltd. and formed the foundation of the business known today as SEEK Learning.
With this experience starting, building and selling a substantial business, Owen began advising other business owners as a business coach in 2005. Since then, he has taken a very hands-on approach to help many business owners create lasting, positive results for their businesses.
His philosophy is simple: a business should be in a saleable condition, whether you intend to sell it or not. A business that is ready for sale is operating efficiently, has happy staff and customers, has good prospects for growth and is making good money for its owners
