Autex Industries recently chose Epicor ERP to manage growth and to allow for smoother operational running between factory, warehouse and sales responsibilities with less effort.
A New Zealand-based manufacturing and product development company specialising in textiles and advanced fibre technology, Autex runs from a plant in Avondale supplying a diverse range of consumer, commercial and specialty industrial products all over the world.
Established in 1967, Autex is founded on principles of innovation and outstanding customer service. Autex are committed to environmental best practice, for example, in the manufacturing process most scraps are reused.
Autex works with synthetic and natural fibres including polyester, polypropylene, wool and new natural fibre Tencel. Manufacturing and selling a diverse range of carpets, wall coverings, insulation, acoustic products and bedware, their products are found in schools, offices, hotels, hospitals, theatres, sports complexes, homes and boats around the world.
Recently Autex sponsored the Vodafone Warriors with a Go Green with Autex campaign – with a strong eco-friendly message. Sponsorship will see one of its brands – GreenStuf – displayed on the back of the players’ shorts in both the Vodafone Warriors’ NRL and NYC teams.
GreenStuf is also seen on TV adverts for the Government Home Insulation Scheme in conjunction with retail partners The Warehouse and Bunnings.
