BOSS Safety | Body Corp compliance with WH&S, Fire and Pool
BOSS Safety is a WHS & Fire Consultancy Group established to assist clients to raise their standards in Safety and meet the legal compliance obligations. Originating in Queensland, over the years our services have continued to expand as legislation brings with it new or altered demands on our clients. Currently our team of consultants span across 5 specific areas of the Work Health & Safety spectrum.
Occupational Safety, which looks at the more general areas of Property Safety, with Building Safety auditing being the main stay, but also covering complete Risk Management systems, Maintenance inspections, Pool inspections and certification (Qld specific) and Asbestos Inspection, Plans and registers.
Fire Safety, which addresses the general needs across Australia and in some instances those specific to the Queensland legislation. We conduct fire safety audits, prepare emergency management plans, offer FSA support and advice, develop evacuation diagrams and fire evacuation training.
Balustrade Safety, looks specifically to three areas of safety on handrails and balustrades. They are the physical condition, compliance with legislation and strength & rigidity. We have a balustrade testing machine that can perform dynamic load measurements on site to assess the balustrades performance against the Aust Standard.
