BC/BCW Series: 50-150W Battery Chargers

Ideal for applications where equipment needs to keep operating in the event of a loss of power…Access control/Security industry or un-manned/remote sites.
The BC/BCW series act as a DC UPS, where (under normal mains operation) they power the load and keep the batteries on float charge. In the even of a mains fail, the load is supported by the batteries (with no interruption). When  the AC mains recovers the charger will power the load and recharge the battery…ready for the next interruption.
The series has built-in Power Fail and Battery Fail Alarms (via voltage free relay contact). LED indication for DC ok and Battery ok. Battery fuse protection and isolation diode. With optional LVD (Low Volt Disconnect).
The BC series is available with output voltage 12V (13.8V float) at 3.5A, 5A, 7A & 10.5A. In 24VDC (27.6V float) at 2.7A, 3.6A & 5.2A
