Recently a small joinery shop at Prestons required a dust collection system to be put in.
At the small joinery, the space was tight, but the best solution for them was the eCono 6000 with Ezi-Duct's range of modular ducting to connect everything together. The dust collection system was installed by Xtracted – Dust & Fume Services who is an Ezi-Duct contractor and reseller.
The eCono 6000 was installed on a mezzanine and picks up the panel saw upstairs on the right, with the 125dia duct on the left going behind the fan and down stairs to pick up a cleaning wand, spindle moulder & edgebander. The 250dia duct that continues out the top goes across the ceiling and then back down through the floor to meet the CNC below.
The eCono series of Dust Collectors are the best value for money dust collector on the market. The unit can be installed indoors or outdoors and is constructed from robust galvanised steel to help prevent corrosion.
The eCono 6000 produces powerful suction of over 6000M3/h @ 3000pa from its energy saving, high efficiency 7.5kW fan. Its 25 top quality filter bags are cleaned every time the unit is switched off via a quiet vibration cleaning system. All the waste is deposited directly into waste bags.
The Ezi-Duct Modular Ducting used for this system not only provides the best airflow of any ducting on the market, it is manufactured from heavy duty galvanized steel construction. The bends are of smooth pressed construction of 1.5 CLR.
