Stretch Wrapping is the most widespread load securing and protection method used nowadays. However, where traditional stretch wrapping does not offer sufficient capacity or load protection, Beumer offers better alternative in the form of Stretch Hooding.

Benefits of Stretch Hood system against Stretch Wrapping system:

• Significantly higher capacity
• Higher reliability and consistency of the applied film
• Higher load stability due to higher pre-stretch, no twisting forces causing load shift. Therefore suitable even for lightweight product
• Various hooding programs in the basic model (understretch, open hood etc.)
• Excellent barcode readability due to the transparent film and no overlaps
• Negligible water and dirt contamination possible due to smooth film surface without any overlaps and pockets
• Possible film printout for presentation purposes
