The cabbage is held at its sides with the core facing the machine and then pushed onto the face plate spikes. Depressing the pneumatic foot pedal causes the drill knife to begin to spin.
The cabbage is then slowly pushed forward and the cabbage will be cored by the end of the stroke. The machine is manufactured from stainless steel and heavy duty components to offer a long trouble free life.
Cabbage segmenters, slicers, dicers, washers etc. are also available.
