Professional Advantage is pleased to announce that its high profile customer Philadelphia Eagles has won a coveted Microsoft award at Convergence, Microsoft Premium Annual Event.
The Convergence Customer Excellence Awards recognise, honor and celebrate customers that have achieved outstanding success with their Microsoft solutions as well as Microsoft partners' solutions.
The Retail Industry Leadership award recognises an organization whose innovative use of technology in their business delivers measurable benefits to their organisation.
The Eagles utilize two separate Professional Advantage solutions in their operations:
RMS ConnectPro provides real time integration between Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS) and Microsoft Dynamics GP
Retail Analytics and Merchandise Planning (RAMP) provides Microsoft Retail customers with powerful sales, purchasing, and inventory analysis and helps minimize inventory while maximizing inventory availability.
"We were looking for a more efficient system to help continue to grow our business," said Brendan McQuillan, director of merchandising for the Eagles. "We needed a more robust solution."
Furthermore, he said, "We can now better analyse our inventory on a timely basis. It will let us buy smarter and keep lower inventories while reacting to sales more quickly.”
"The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics RMS integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP will allow us to continue to grow the Eagles' business as well as help the organization continue to be one of the leaders in merchandising for the NFL and the sports industry," McQuillan said.
Professional teams from the National Football League, Major League Baseball, The National Hockey League, and the Australian Football League have all selected Microsoft retail solutions from Professional Advantage to manage their retail business.
In addition to sports teams, a wide variety of specialty retailers from jewelry stores to home improvement chains have selected and implemented Microsoft retail solutions from Professional Advantage.
