A sixty foot power boat was submerged in the Inner Coastal channel north of Jacksonville.
The vessel went down with nearly a full tank of fuel that was leaking into the channel. Prior to beginning the recovery effort, the Salvor deployed C.I.Agent Sheen Boom inside the hard boom on the down stream side of the sunken vessel to capture the fuel and prevent any sheen from escaping during ecovery. During the recovery, diesel fuel was observed leaking from the vessel into the channel. However, NO sheen was observed beyond the C.I.Agent Sheen Boom.
