This enrober is designed to process all fluid chocolate & cocoa masses involved in coating of candies and biscuits.

Mass circulation is effected by means of a heated chocolate pump. For intensive mixing, the enrober is equipped with an agitator.

The s/s mass container is water jacketed as also the entire chocolate feeding system. Cooling is effected by automatic water supply - the solenoid valve regulates the supply of water. Heating occurs electrically.

The machine is able to enrobe top and bottom simultaneously or just top or just bottom; whichever is preferred.

Water is circulated by electric pump.
Water heating and cooling are automatically controlled, enabling precise operational temperature.
