D300 Vertical 5-Axis – Superior, sustained, dynamic accuracy

Core-cooled ballscrews, temperature-controlled DD motors, and spindle provide thermal stability. The DD-driven rotary axes provide speed and accuracy to production. This machine is perfect for a variety of workpieces and materials.

For high productivity, this machine has: 30 horsepower, 15,000 RPM, CAT40 (or an optional HSK–A63) spindle. Ultra-quick DD motors for A- and C-axes; and high-speed linear X, Y & Z motion. Interference-free spindles and trunion tables provide excellent and close accessibility to the part.

This high-speed, versatile machine includes a: 60 tool magazine. Quick tool change; and various coolant systems for chip management and evacuation.

Customise your machine with optional extras such as: higher speed spindles (20,000 & 30,000 rpm). Enhanced tool magazine capacity (124 & 212); and pallet changer or robot loading.

The Professional 6 control provides stable, secure and reliable performance on the NC side. It includes an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI). This latest-generation machine tool control offers large, colour, touch-sensitive, on-screen, menu-driven applications. Icons provide “hot links” and quick access to critical information for operators. The new control provides all the functionality of a PC (cut, paste, copy, find, replace, etc.). It is rare for these functions to be available on a machine tool control.
