Computerised Maintenance Management Software Module | Ampro Administration
The Computerised Maintenance Management Software Module of Third City Solutions, namely the Ampro administration module is used to set up the information required through out the program. All administration modules are used throughout AMPRO to assist with cataloguing and ease of data entry.
- Cost Centres can be assigned to Jobs for the purpose of tracking costs against a budget. By preparing your Cost Centres prior to commencing allows you to prepare your reporting at the end of each reporting period.
- A Cost Centre linked to an asset will be used as the default Cost Centre for any jobs created for that asset; from here you will have the opportunity to use the default for the asset or the cost centres assigned to the Labour and Inventory.
- You can assign budgets to all Cost Centres for different years.
- As you add Labour and / or Inventory to Jobs, the amounts are recorded against the appropriate Cost Centre which you can at any time report on how much you have spent against each Cost Centre
