Managing contractors becomes easy and straightforward when you're using Rapid Induct's Contractor Management. These tools will help you to collect all the information you need for each contractor, including:
- Company details;
- Whether they have appropriate and current insurance cover;
- If they're registered with Workcover;
- If their company has a compliant HSE system in place.
The Contractor Management system is not just a prequalifcation of contractors but a running gatekeeper to ensure your business is on top of its contractor obligations.
How it works
ABN Check: Our tools are connected to ASIC in real time and allow your contractor's registered name to be returned when they enter their ABN.
Insurance Check: Contractors can enter or upload their current certificates for your verification. When you verify them, the expiry date is entered and tracked so when their insurance is about to run out it will constantly remind them – and you – that it needs to be updated. When used in conjunction with the Rapid Induct Swipe Card system, you can stop a contractor from entering your site if their insurance runs out even if their induction is valid.
Workcover Registration Check: Like Insurance Check, contractors can enter or upload their workcover registration certificate. If it contains an expiry date, you can enter it to be tracked.
Health Safety and Environment Check: This enables you to create a questionnaire for contractors in order to determine their compliance. We provide a set of over 30 relevant questions to choose from, or you can enter your own.
