Automated systems are complicated for operators to use… Calibre has been designed after consultation with operators to provide a simple, user friendly system. Voice prompts guide operators through the process. Graphical screens are kept simple and consistent to clearly display the batch progress. Help screens are available displaying information relevant to the screen that is displayed.
Not all customers have the same batching requirements… Mix Designs can easily be changed by clicking the Mix Design button and scrolling through the list of Mixes. The changed mix is not carried over to the next batch to avoid the issue of altering all following batches.

Automated Mix Design and Customer list entry You provide us with a spreadsheet of your 1m3 SSD designs, our application will extract the required data and build all the batch recipes for you.
Mix Design Copy To enter a new mix design pick a similar existing design, enter a new code and name, and there is your new recipe, just adjust the differing setpoints and you’re ready to batch.
Moisture Probes Average readings and adjust final setpoint for the current material while in-flight providing immediate results.
Truck loading Rate control Either variable speed drives or inching gates Calibre Batch will control the feeding rate relative to the current truck and blend the cement with the aggregates.
Voice Box A voice box warns the operator of alarms and announces special conditions.
Gate Swapping For twin gated bins during single gate operation, during no or low flow situations will swap operation of the two gates.
Skip As plant control functions are controlled from the recipe, faulty field devices such as limit switches can be skipped to enable continuation of production while repairs are carried out.
Front End Loader Display For front end loader operated plants, this 10digit alphanumeric displays instructions to the driver as to which agg and the required quantity, counting back to zero as the bin fills.
