Conveyor Dryer | LittleRed X1D

The LittleRed X1D is the smallest conveyor tunnel dryer that matches the output of the most popular DTG printing systems.

Equipped with a boost zone in its heating chamber, the X1D will quickly reach cure temperatures for ink jet, water-based and discharge inks. The dryer can cure up to 27 garments per hour DTG printed with digital white ink, as well as screen printed garments at rates to 81 per hour for water-based or discharge inks and 162 per hour for plastisols.

The LittleRed X1D comes as standard with many of the features found on the larger Vastex DTG capable dryers including the industry-leading 15-year warranty on its heaters.

• An adjustable belt-to-heater clearance to accommodate bulky items,
• a dual digital PID temperature controller accurate to +/- 1°F,
• An X-Series conveyor belt roller tracking system with Teflon coated fiberglass belt.
• Powered exhaust to remove moisture and air contaminants, while cooling the housing and controls.
• The X1D will run on Single Phase, 15 AMPs power.

Like the rest of the Vastex Infrared Tunnel Dryer Range, the X1D is expandable and additional heating chambers and belt extensions are available. Optional extras for the LittleRed X1D include locking casters for easy mobility and Creeper gear.
