In this hands-on course, we will look at what communications are necessary and how those communications should be developed to ensure your messages are clear, compelling and complete. We will look at some case studies and analyse various forms of communications for their effectiveness in achieving their objectives. The outcome of this course is to enable you to create a communication plan that can be adapted to your organisation in the event of a recall becoming necessary.
This short course will cover the following key areas:
- Developing key messages that will address the likely concerns of your key stakeholders
- Designing a communication plan to deliver those key messages in the right way to the right people at the right time
- Prepare holding statements and briefings for spokespersons.
Half day. The course will include presentations and discussions, practical exercises and case studies.
