The customer e-Docs section automatically manages all documents created, auto-generated, attached, sent and received within the customer file.
It is uniquely different that it automatically managers all received email attachments and fax's, automatically labelling, cataloguing and categorising directly within the customer file.
It is important to note that there are two parts to the e-Doc system, company and customer centric. Customer centric is a view of all documents specific to that particular customer and the associated contacts, company centric are all company generic templates, brochures,letters and reference documentation.

- Auto Attach - Messaging Engine auto attach of all sent and received FESQL
- Reference Docs - Access all relevant company/product documents with customer file
