Elevated Work Platforms Training | Boom Lift Over 11m
TLILIC0005 Licence to Operate a Boom-Type Elevating Work Platform (boom length 11 metres or more)
This course is a legal requirement for anyone who operates a Boom-Type Elevating Work Platform with a boom capacity of 11 metres and more. If you do not have an Australian issued High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) class WP, you must enrol in a formal training course, delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and successfully complete the course and attain a HRWL to operate this type of plant.
Cobra Training Services (RTO 91601) provides both theory and practical training generally over 2 days with an assessment occurring on the third day.
Additional training day(s) may be required if you have not achieved sufficient skills and competencies for the licence assessment.
Training is held weekly at our Wetherill Park facility and a Scissor Lift ‘Yellow Card’ can be done in conjunction with this course at a discounted cost.

On successful completion of training and assessment, participant will receive a Statement of Attainment – TLILIC0005 Licence to Operate a Boom-Type Elevating Work Platform (boom length 11 metres or more) and a National Licence to Perform High Risk Work (Class WP).
Participants must be over 18 years of age, be able to speak and understand English; understand technical concepts; and provide 100 points of Identification as per SafeWork NSW requirements.
Generally 3 days (2 days training plus 1 day assessment)
