Kennametal offers complete line of cutting tool blank grades and styles. Our wide selection of tungsten carbide grades ranges 5.5 percent to 12 percent cobalt binders, and from medium grains for heavy and interrupted cuts, to micro-grain and sub-micron grain sizes for maximum wear life.
We offer straight tungsten carbide cobalt binder grades for Class C1-C4 cast iron and non-ferrous machining, and mixed tungsten carbide grades with additives of titanium carbide, tantalum carbide, and niobium carbide for Class C5-C8 grades to machine all types of steel.
