Range of Air Nozzles and Jets
Mini Super Air Nozzles - The 1/8 NPT Mini Super Air Nozzles provide a high thrust, concentrated stream of high velocity airflow. The compressed air is ejected through holes located in recessed grooves that can not be blocked or dead ended. The Mini Super Air Nozzle has fewer holes than the Super Air Nozzle, resulting in lower sound levels, air consumption and force.
Super Air Nozzles - The award winning Super Air Nozzle provides a high thrust, concentrated stream of high velocity airflow. The sound level is extremely low and air consumption is minimal. The compressed air is ejected through holes located in recessed grooves that can not be blocked or dead ended. The Model 1100 and 1101 are constructed of a zinc aluminium allow, suited to general purpose applications. The Model 1100SS and 1101SS are constructed of durable Type 316 stainless steel. The Model 1100-PEEK (grade 450G), is an engineered thermoplastic offering excellent resistance to chemicals, fatigue and high temperatures up to 160 degrees Celsius. It is often used replace metals in harsh environments. PEEK is ideal for high temperature, food processing, corrosive and pharmaceutical applications.
EXAIR offers larger Super Air Nozzles that put the blowing capability of multiple nozzles into one single air nozzle. The aerodynamic design of these Super Air Nozzles directs the air to a single point of convergence, delivering hard-hitting force measured in pounds, not ounces.
The 1/2 NPT Super Air Nozzle packs the hardest blow, delivering the strongest blowing force of any single air nozzle. The whopping 1497grams of force provides "reach" when the Super Air Nozzle can not be mounted close to the surface being blown off, cooled or dried. This additional force is suited to moving heavy materials, ejecting parts from molds, and removing parts from punch presses.
Super Air Nozzle Clusters - Some applications require extremely high force with extensive reach. EXAIRS's Super Air Nozzle Clusters provide incredibly strong blowing force. These Super Air Nozzle Clusters are ideal for part ejection as well as blowoff, cooling and drying applications.
2" Super Air Nozzle - EXAIR's 2" (51mm) Super Air Nozzle is a highly efficient, unique flat air nozzle. The patented* design uses a special shim to maintain the critical position of the component parts. A precise amount of air is released through the thin slot, across a flat surface. The result is a wide, forceful stream of high velocity, laminar airflow with minimal air consumption and noise.
Micro Air Nozzle - EXAIR's Micro Air Nozzle is the smallest available. This "precision blowoff" provides optimum air entrainment for a directed high volume, high velocity air flow. Sound level and air consumption are low. The compact size permits mounting where space is limited. Stainless steel construction is ideal for high temperature, food, pharmaceutical and corrosive applications.
Safety Air Nozzles - Safety Air Nozzles eject a small amount of compressed air 360 degrees around the outer ring that combines with the air ejected from the centre hole to produce a high volume, high velocity blast of air. The slotted end allows air to vent safely should the nozzle end be blocked. They are available in the most popular pipe sizes for easy retrofit to existing blowoffs.
High Power Air Nozzle - Provides strong blowing force for applications requiring the highest thrust and velocity. This High Power Safety uses more compressed air than other air nozzles but is low compared to typical blowoffs delivering the same forces.
Adjustable Air Nozzles - These Safety Air Nozzles are adjustable, making them suitable for a wide variety of blowoff applications. The design allows you to "tune in " the force and flow to the application requirements, thereby minimizing air consumption. A micrometer-like dial indicates gap setting. A set screw in the end can be tightened so the air nozzle holds the setting.
High Flow Air Jet - Provides maximum flow and moderate thrust at minimum air consumption. Best choice for light blowoff applications and cooling.
High Velocity Air Jet - Provides maximum thrust with a confined, direct airstream. Best choice for part ejection, chip removal, part drying.
Adjustable Air Jet - This is an adjustable version of the High Velocity Air Jet. Airflow and thrust are easily adjusted using the micrometer gap indicator.
