Centralise all your property related information

Record and store all property details (size, utility details, landlord details, tenant details and legal documents) as well as supplier information (contact details, payment history, quotes and contracts) in a central location.

The leasing feature of the software includes a user definable and flexible diary, lease contact details, insurance and bank details, unlimited notes, retail sales figures and various flags that allow the user to stop charges, and denote a vacated or left area.

Outgoings reconciliation

The Outgoings Reconciliation module allows users to ‘on charge’ various expenses of the building back to the tenant. This ‘on charging’ can be done by as many Charts of Account as required for each tenant.

As creditor bills come in for the relevant Charts of Account, the system tags them and calculates what it thinks needs to be on-charged to each tenant. Once approved, these charges are then raised as Tenant Invoices.

Easy reconciliations

The easy to use Bank Reconciliation module allows users to reconcile all activity to the Bank Statement, and features user-friendly reports to help resolve any issues that may occur. Previous Bank Reconciliations can also be reviewed if desired, as well as a full record of adjustments.

Link to external systems

The Interface Framework allows data to be interfaced to and from Zavanti Property Manager and Zavanti ERP, as well as other corporate accounting systems, including Attache, MYOB and Greentree.
