Feed speed and amplitude are independently controlled to optimise performance on the specific product. They can also be linked via an electronic scale to an electro-pneumatic controller to give rapid fill slow top-up to achieve highly accurate weighing.

EziPack feeders are particularly suitable for the fast and exact feeding of all types of bulk materials. They give gentle feeding for degradable products.
Design and Function
The EziPack consists of a vee tray mounted on blade springs, driven by a pneumatic, non-impacting vibrator. All product contact parts are made of stainless steel. The hopper can be supplied by VSS or the client. Two types of pneumatic, non-impacting vibrators can be supplied, as shown above. When the air supply is turned off they stop without any 'run-on', ensuring that the product feed is immediately stopped. The bed depth on the tray is regulated by the height of the outlet sleeve on the hopper, with the feed rate controlled by the frequency and amplitude of vibration.
The frequency is controll by the inlet air pressure, while the amplitude is regulated by the adjustable exhaust. Because of the functional design, the EziPack feeders are easy to clean, making them easy to use under the stringent hygiene requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. In addition to manually controlled models, EziPack feeders can be supplied with electropneumatic controllers to give rapid fill / slow top-up to pre-determined set points, ideal for containerised food products, such as nuts, lollies etc. The no "run-on" feature ensures accurate weight everytime.
