Over the past 12 months, we have re-engineered, the basic conventions, revealing a system that is now fully, modular and fully expandable.
With some clever engineering Absolute Filters have succeeding in a universal system from which, singular membrane skid can be sent to say a mine or water treatment site, and at any time in the near future another can be added to expand the system in just minutes, without having to change the pipe work sizes or make any major changes.
The system are sufficiently designed to accommodate electrical expansion, and with plug and play pre cabled system, valuable time on site is not wasted.
"We are excited about this new system and it’s our belief that customers will benefit greatly from the updated technology where the design life of the membranes is 6 years," Les Briggs, manager for Absolute Filters, said.
"Backwash is done mostly by air, which saves on water, these new systems are about 80% more efficient than previous membrane systems.
"Clients can also choose from a varying range of micron selection starting from 0.2 microns up to 25 microns. The best thing of all is we fabricate these systems locally in Hume Canberra factory, and so technical support is always at hand."
Absolute Filters often customise to the clients' needs. Interested parties are welcome to contact Les and the team at Absolute Filters 10 Raws Cr Hume A.C.T. 2620, on 02 6260 1888.
