Floor Tuff Ultimate provides anti-slip solution for DHL cold room

DHL Matraville complex is undergoing a major development work.

A requirement for highly slip resistive anti slip flooring was identified by the architect who has contacted Global Safe to provide a solution.

Global Safe's floor safety representative after attending the site has suggested to use the Floor Tuff Ultimate environmentally friendly polyurethane anti slip coating system due to the product independently accelerated wear tested sustainable very high slip resistive quality. The recommendation was also based on the very highly expected frequency of forklift traffic movements as well as the special cold room environment. Product sample and other relevant information was presented to the client.

The product recommendation was accepted and the Global Safe team has carried out the work. The deadline for the project was very tight and the team had to work hard to comply with it.

The project was completed within the specified constraints and the surface has been independently tested by a NATA accredited slip resistance company, Safe Environments. The mean average test result using the Wet Pendulum testing, was BPN 70, which provides a very high Pendulum Class V classification and full compliance.
