Application of the Tests

Assessment of quality- these chemical tests enable the assessment of oil and fat quality during all production stages and provide indication of improper processing and storage methods

Assessment of oxidation- the number of peroxides and the value of the p-Anisidine (para-Anisidine AnV) in edible fat or oil provide indications on its degree of oxidation, which is the key indicator of its genuineness and conservation
