After Sales Forklift Training
Flexilift Australia provides full training on the operation of new forklifts and accessories. This will ensure that your operators are educated on the safe operation of your new forklift. Once you have purchased from Flexilift’s range of Narrow Aisle or Artison forklift range, our sales personnel offer forklift operator training to ensure you receive maximum efficiency and safety.
Our friendly office personnel are always on hand to take your call and transfer your enquiry to the right department during normal office hours. After hour calls are transferred to our call centre and forwarded on to our after hours standby personnel.
The service operations department takes care of all your bookings for services and repairs. By discussing the problems you are experiencing with your forklift equipment, we relay the information to the designated service technician to assist them to rectify the problem in the quickest possible time.
With a fleet of fully equipped forklift service vans, Flexilift Australia’s qualified and factory trained field technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service and repair your forklift equipment in the minimum time possible. They will issue a comprehensive report with each call logged.
In the instance that industrial equipment is required to repair your forklift, the unit will be returned to Flexilift’s modern and fully equipped workshop for the repairs to be carried out.
