Formal & Informal Training | Roller

Formal and Informal Roller Training and Assessment is done on site at Affordable Driving School with a fully qualified training instructor or we can come to you.

Affordable Driving School offers formal training, mandatory for roller use as set by WorkPlace Health and Safety Queensland. Formal training includes:

All aspects of the roller, legislation requirements, demonstrations, and all elements from the roller training and assessment instrument.
Formal training is followed up by a theory exam.
A Training Plan and Logbook, which will be issued after formal training.
Assessment and issuing of a Statement of Attainment to be deemed competent.

The Training is competency based so those of you that have experience operating a Roller it won’t take as long to obtain your ticket.

Affordable Driving School was established in Brisbane in 1992, and since then, has built an excellent reputation throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast as a quality driving school with an excellent first time pass rate. Affordable Driving School is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and has grown as one of the biggest schools in Brisbane and Gold Coast. We also conduct lessons in all truck classes MR/HR/HC. As we are an RTO, we provide all the training and assessment for the MC/B double courses as well as the forklifts and a range of other plant machinery courses.
