On November 16th 2015, Fromm Packaging Australia commissioned Sydney University (the 45th highest ranking university in the world) to perform two independent tests of our strap quality, which has shown some surprisingly good results.
At The School of Civil Engineering (Sydney University) they are fully equipped and NATA approved to test a variety of products. They undertook two tests in accordance with internationally and locally understood standards, being EN ISO 527 (1-3). The tests were performed on Fromm's 'StarStrap Plus' 15mm x 0.9mm x 100m Green Embossed (product code 4960.2040EMB).
So, what were the results?
The results show that Fromm manufactured strapping exceed our own standards for breaking strain.

As you can see, Fromm strap performed better than expected in every test performed by Sydney University.
