The heat exchangers are built on a module-based concept. Frames, plates and connections can be combined to form a number of different exchanger types.
By using different types of plates, with different characteristics, the exchangers can be adapted to a wide variety of applications. The exchangers can easily be dismantled for inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
Another benefit of the gasketed plate heat exchangers is that they can easily be expanded or adapted, by adding or replacing plates, when the conditions change.
GC and GL Plates
Symetrical plates for regular use. Different plate patterns allow foroptimization of thermal transfer or pressure drop.
An obtuse angle (high-theta plate) gives high resistance and an acute angle (low-theta plate) a low pressure drop.
GX Ultraflex Plates
The plates are available with a herringbone pattern and either an acute or obtuse angle, making it possible to achieve six channel combinations.
The Ultraflex design allows the two plates to be turned and rotated, giving six combinations of high- and low-theta plate pairs, matching the performance parameters of your application
GD Double Wall Plates
Two plates laser-welded together for optimal safety.For applications such as pharmaceutical industry, food industry, district heating, cooling of transformer oil, etc., where it is vital that media are not mixed.
GF Wide Gap Plates
Plates with wide channels for fibre- and particle-rich fluids.
With a channel depth two to five times wider than normal, permitting unrestricted passage of coarse particles and fluids containing fibres.
GW Semi Welded Plates
With a sealed channel for ammonia and other fluids.The plate pattern is optimized for cooling applications to give high thermal efficiency even with asymmetrical flows.
