Greentree is enabled for Internet deployment, out of the box, using its thin client technology. This allows remote offices or travelling executives to obtain secure access to the complete functionality of Greentree via an Internet Service Provider.
Employee Development captures the Employee's current and future goals. The Target and Actual performance for each goal and assessment criteria is captured, therefore a full history is available. This gives traceability and transparency to the Employee's development.
An unlimited number of Goals can be defined. Goals are allocated to Employees and targets are set. Reviews enable you to capture actual performance against each Goal. The Employee's Skill Set can be automatically updated if the target is reached.
An unlimited number of Assessment Criteria can be defined. Assessment Criteria are allocated to Employees and targets are set. Reviews enable you to capture actual performance against each Assessment criteria. The Employee's Skill Set can be automatically updated if the target is reached
Employee Development enables you to generate Reviews based on Frequency and date of next Review. This results in a Review Schedule which lists all Reviews to be performed. Due to the availability of a Schedule and ease of access to information, Reviews are performed as and when required.
Each interview can be assigned to multiple people, both internal staff as well as external contacts in your database. This module provides a schedule for each interviewer, and provides an infrastructure to methodically record the outcome of each interview.
Apart from updating the Skill Set of the Employee if targets are met, you are also able to capture other outcomes, such as Salary Increases, Promotion / Position Changes, Training Requirements, etc.
As is the case for all Greentree modules, users can attach any file to the Employee Development records eg CV.
