Manufacured to enable a rapid reaction, with the aluminuim's atomic structure in the direction of the heat flow.  

Their special design makes them ideal for high heat level applications and where space & weight are constrained.    
 Manufactured from AI99,0-99 pure aluminium with a thermal conductivity of 210~236 W/mk.   

Use of pure aluminium (AI99,0-99,9) which already results in higher thermal conductivity of the basic material.

AISiCu3 - Die casting alloys = 150~160 W/mk

AIMgSiO,5 - Continuous casting alloys = 180~200 W/mk

AL99,0-99,9 - Pure Aluminium = 210~236 W/mk 

 Very smooth mounting surface <8Rz, ensuring low thermal impedance from the contact area.        

 Fully automated "one movement" manufacturing process produces a 20% cost saving when compared to extruded or die cast heat sinks.
