IBC Re-Certification

IBCs are required by law to be recertified for use five years after the date of manufacture and, some IBCs, every two years after that.

SCHÜTZ DSL’s re-certification services include:

  • Ascertaining if re-certification of IBCs is required, and testing asnecessary
  • Conducting periodic testing and recertification of IBCs in accordance with the Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) code for the packaging ofdangerous goods in classes II and III.
  • Labelling with a permanent re-certification plate containing relevant technical data
  • Routinely assessing all IBCs for re-certification as part of SCHÜTZ DSL maintenance procedure.
