Name, address and contact details stored in card file databases can be mail merged using popular word processing applications such as Microsoft Word.

Record Copying

Card file records may be copied or moved from one card file database to another. For example, sales leads may be transferred to "hot", "re-contact", "no interest" and "sale" databases.

Integrated Record Transfer

Card file records may be moved to customer, supplier, stock or service manager files. Records from these files may also be moved into card files. Bad debtors can be transferred from the Customers database into "Bad Debts" by pressing a few keys.

Exhaustive Sorting/Searching

Card files may be sorted and searched on any field for fast access. An embedded keyword search may also be performed on any field.


Record up to 6 screen pages of information which may be retained for each card file record.

Note Management

1 - 99 note pads may be created for each card file database. Note-pads may be given their own titles and users can store an unlimited amount of information in each.

List View

Switch from record view to list view of card file details at any time.

Record Printing

Custom designed forms may be printed based on card file records.

Customer Invoice Link

Card files may optionally create invoice transactions. Suitable when a large amount of background detail must be kept relating to the transaction. For example, travel details, seminar attendance details, etc.

Supplier Invoice Link

Card files may optionally create supplier invoice transactions.

Service Manager Link

Card files that generate invoices may optionally be link to Service Manager for project costing.
