SealTick - Leak Tester | TSE6086

Bestech Australia offers the Sealtick TSE 6086b vacuum leak tester to measure the gas leakage and package integrity for a wide range of flexible pack types and sizes. It is designed for testing of dry flexible packages and is non-destructive, means that the package can be returned to the production line after testing is completed.

The test procedure itself is simple and can be easily initiated. Items are placed manually into the seal-able pouch bag, and the handle is closed to initiate a fully automatic test sequence. Wait for 10-20 seconds, and the results are displayed on-screen as a Pass or Fail, along with a quantitative measure of the leakage rate.

Methods can be modified, and stored in the computer via Ethernet connection. For ease of operation and trace-ability, there are menu-prompted diagnostic functions and calibration routines. Results are logged into a spreadsheet-importable format for trend and data analysis. Both remote monitoring and log retrieval are possible via Ethernet/Web interface, and an optional USB interface for log retrieval.
