The LSL - Print & Apply Labeller is based on innovation in reel unwinding, overprinting, cutting and applying the LSL. However, the applicator module is similar to the Arca range of PSL print and apply systems, allowing air and contact application on all sides of a case end including corners. Accordingly it can actually apply either a LSL or PSL structure.
Application speeds of up to 80 labels / minute are dependant on label size.
Robust reel housing, featuring a central spindle and a rotating disc. It avoids deformation of the roll after the machine stands still for some hours; It prevents friction between label and supporting disc and consequent adhesive bleeding.
Large reel housing diameter 360mm.
Optical control for nearing end of roll.
Single direction drive roller, to facilitate the label path. Extremely handy for the operator's intervention for reel changeovers.
4 pneumatic valves with capacity of 800 Lt./min.
