Bestech Australia supplies LVC 4000, a standalone signal conditioner with selectable voltage or 4-20mA analogue and RS485 digital outputs.

It supports a wide range of AC LVDTs, RVDTs, and VR 1/2– bridges with output non-linearity ≤±0.1% FS. EAZY-CAL™ LVC4000 simplifies calibration setup with 2 pushbutton front panel controls to set up ZERO and Full Scale (FS), bringing machinery downtime to a minimum. 4 LED status indicators guide operators through the calibration process and provide feedback to ensure the integrity of the calibration (blinking LED codes).

LVC 4000 signal conditioner digitally communicates with up to 16 devices simultaneously via a daisy chain connection in master/ slave configuration for multiple channel applications (One unit will assume the Master function based on DIP switch priority setting. If a fault should occur, the next highest priority unit will take over as Master), and it operates from a 9-30V DC power supply and is housed in a polyamide DIN rail mounted enclosure. These signal conditioners can be located remotely up to 30+ meters to facilitate LVDT operation in extreme environment.
