Machine servicing for Beroa Australia ensures timely project delivery

Like all industrial machines used in the construction industry, routine maintenance is required to keep LOVA/SOVAS spraying correctly to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

Beroa Australia Pty. Limited is a member of the worldwide Beroa Technology Group, a group of companies specialising in the engineering and installation of refractory linings, and the design and construction of industrial chimneys and other tall structures. Beroa Australia own a fleet of machines used in contract works.

The issue

Beroa Australia, who had been using their REED Gunite machines for many years to spray cementitious refractory linings, required machine servicing and maintenance to ensure their projects continue to be delivered on time, every time.

In the case of air motors, despite the exceptional reliability that the pneumatic motor provides, they eventually need a service kit to be installed with new bearings, seals and vanes. Bowls and plates need to be ground, rock shears adjusted and retaining ring inspected.

The solution

Antec Engineering offered routine mechanical servicing of their complete range of REED, Clever and Co, and ChemGrout products at their Sydney workshop.

Annual servicing and periodical re-build is recommended for all grout, gunite or concrete pumps to ensure ongoing reliability of the equipment.
