Scope:

During preliminary testing of the whitewater course it was discovered that turbulent water was disturbing river stones in the retention basin and causing the water to become dirty with mud.

Also, a kayak launching ramp was required to access the retention basin and there were safety concerns with bare footed athletes and the potential for injury from steel fibre reinforcement.

Solution:
