While these masts are inexpensive and readily available, they are usually not well-suited to this use as:
- Most antennas recommend a minimum mast diameter of 35-50mm to avoid antennas slipping on the mast.
- Wind loads can cause excessive mast deflection resulting in fluctuations in signal levels.

Braces are articulated to allow them to fit any surface slope. All masts can be fitted with between 2-4 braces depending upon the level of support required.
High Rigidity Masts for Licensed Antennas
The high rigidity masts are designed for supporting high loads with minimum deflection as often required for licensed networks.
They are hot-dipped galvanised medium steel with stainless steel hardware.
The struts on the tin and cliplock masts are fully adjustable in length and are fitted with 2-axis feet for positioning on any camber of surface.
