MeatMaster™ is the intelligent way to carry out meat analysis and optimise your meat production. The Meatmaster™ X-ray system can scan up to 38 tons per hour of fresh, frozen or packed meat and determine fat content and weight with a high accuracy, while also spotting foreign objects.
FOSS X-ray technology gives you unrivalled accuracy whether you are measuring fat content, weight or detecting foreign objects with a density higher than 1.7 g/cm3 (metal, bone, glass etc). The system scans 100 per cent of the meat in the form of whole cuts, trimmings or minced meat up to 20 cm in height. The meat can be in cartons, plastic trays or loose on the belt, chilled and/or frozen.
