It achieves this by incorporating a unique ‘flipper’ technology solenoid valves, coupled directly to the micropump module via a scientifically balanced manifold. The flipper valves act as ‘active’ bi-directional feed valves, in place of ‘passive’ non-return valve technology.

This product is ground breaking as it is mechanically simpler in design than existing methods; is totally modular for multiple stacked applications; is up to 90% faster than existing methods; is up to 90% lower cost than existing methods; and is up to 80% smaller in size.
These innovative products fill the gap in a market of dosing instruments for aggressive liquids in the µl- and milliliter range. The system is built around the 7616 Micro-pump delivering 0.5 to 6 µL/stroke cycle. Every cycle uses the inlet, pumping and outlet valve in sequence.
High life expectation tens of millions of cycles, bi-directional, high reproducibility and easy adaptability are the main features. Also full isolating diaphragms and self-priming. The 7616 can also be purchased as a standalone module for other applications. The pump unit has a 12 or 24Vdc power, the system with 1 or 2 dosing units including control electronics (RS 232), software and cable has a 24Vdc power supply.
