Restaurant & Automation Specialists, Australian agents for MODU Sushi belt conveyor trains recently installed a 14 metre MODU sushi belt conveyor train at "O" Sushi a very popular sushi restaurant located in the shopping centre adjacent to the Coles car park in the Northern N.S.W. Town of Byron Bay.

Patrons are offered a vast array of sushi dishes and hot Japanese meals, prepared by chefs with over 15 years of experience in contemporary Japanese Cuisine but with a specific specialty in the art of creating fine sushi. "O" Sushi offers dishes to eat in or take away and boasts a menu that includes many interesting and tasty sushi varieties.

The sushi belt conveyer train was designed and manufactured to fit the same counter shape that held a toy train used to transport the sushi plates on a series of carriages.

A spokesman for Restaurant & Automation Specialists said "MODU Sushi Belt Conveyor trains are the best on the market and that’s why we have sold over 33 units because the product is the most competitively priced and gives good value for money."
