MHA Ergorail is the most user-friendly track system available. The high strength to weight ratio ensures total ease of movement for operators. Every ergonomic factor possible has been considered in the design of the system. The system is built around different sizes and configurations of specially extruded aluminium profiles.
The intricate designs with T-channels and flanges create minimalist profiles with maximum strength allowing heavy load capacities. MHA Ergorail is typically used for loads up to 1000kg.
To complement these lightweight profiles, we have developed our own specially designed hanging brackets, with low friction maintenance free bearings. This allows us to build a superior range of bridge and gantry systems, as well as booms for jib and column systems.
Profiles are also available with completely smooth sides to allow easy cleaning in applications which demand high degree of cleanliness. Using aluminium also has many installation advantages. Positioning and working with the system becomes easier due to the low overall weight of the system components.
Should there be a need for the system to be widened or lengthened at a later date this presents no problem due to the use of our easy-to-fit profile joining connectors. The T-formed grooves on the sides of the boom profiles make it possible to fit various attachments. The profiled booms are anodized, which makes them free from maintenance as well as giving some form of self-lubrication.
Many suspension alternatives
The suspension of all of our booms is normally done by using an angled "arm" fixture into the channel on the upper surface of the profiled boom. There are a number of different suspension solutions depending on the construction of the building, the space available or profile strengthening demands of the design.
