On the Moxa Layer3 EDS-828, each port connects to a single LAN to take charge of the routing between different subnets.
The Moxa Layer3Industrial Ethernet switch can be deployed anywhere on a system network or backbone, and can easily connect to different LANs using its RIP (Routing Information Protocol) dynamic routing function for large systems, or static routing for small subnets.
