Multi-axis Inertial Accelerometer | Silicon Sensing

Supplier: Applied Measurement Australia

Orion™ is a single axis gyro and dual-axis low-g accelerometer MEMS combi-sensor.

Price Guide: POA

Silicon Sensing currently produces three types of multi-axis inertial module. High performance and cost-effective variants.Available in 3 models

Orion™

A single axis gyro and dual-axis low-g accelerometer MEMS combi-sensor. The unit features user-selectable dynamic range and bandwidth, with a digital SPI output. Available in flat and orthogonal formats with a hermetically-sealed ceramic LCC surface mount package, Orion™ combines low cost and small size with class-leading bias and noise over temperature.

DMU10

combines MEMS angular rate and linear acceleration sensors to create a precision, low-cost, six-degrees-of-freedom (6-DOF) IMU for complete motion sensing and control in three-dimensional space.  DMU10 is suitable for a wide range of applications and is available in OEM and Module form factors, and either uncalibrated (DMU10-01, DMU10-02) or calibrated over the full rated temperature range (DMU10-21, DMU10-22).

DMU30

The first of a family of High Performance IMUs (HPIMUs) the DMU30 is a ground-breaking, non-ITAR, MEMS IMU alternative to more costly ‘FOG-grade’ IMUs for use in exacting motion sensing applications, ranging from unmanned vehicle navigation to surveying and mapping.
