The TrojanUVSwift Municipal Drinking Water system offers proven performance against waterborne pathogens including viruses, bacteria and protozoa. Our advanced systems meet disinfection targets with unsurpassed reliability. The TrojanUVSwift™ offers disinfection with no known disinfection by-products.

The UVSwift provides a flexible platform that allows for upgrades to meet new or more stringent requirements, such as changes in flow rate, regulatory requirements, disinfection redundancy demands, or changes in intake water quality. With the smallest reactor dimensions in the industry, the UVSwift is ideally suited for post filtration applications.

The UVSwift's flexibility, cost-effectiveness, small footprint, and optional advanced chemical/mechanical cleaning system made it the UV technology of choice for the City of Seattle, Washington, which is implementing the world’s largest UV drinking water project (180 MGD).

Advanced Sensor Technology

Featuring smarter sensors for more reliable UV measurement, the new TrojanUVSwift™ sensor technology offers advanced components that maintain system integrity and accurately reflect UV measurement.

The UVSwift also provides advanced self-cleaning sensor technology via the TrojanAccUVSensor which reduces fouling and improves reliability

ADVANCED CONTROLS - TROJAN UVDOSIMETER

The TrojanUVDosimeter predicts dose online, based on reactor hydraulics and certain operating parameters of the system. From this information, the UVDosimeter calculates the bioassay-equivalent UV dose, and then, constantly adjusts the lamp operating power levels to meet the design or target dose.

As a result, the UVDosimeter can provide instant, status-of-dose delivery and effectively respond to events, such as changes to flow rate and source water quality

High-intensity lamps

Variable output optimizes energy use. The TrojanUVSwift™ system requires fewer lamps to achieve disinfection targets, lessening space requirements and decreasing installation and maintenance costs. The output of the system's high-intensity lamps can be varied as water quality or flow rates change. This variation optimizes energy use and lowers annual operating costs.

Flexible lamp cleaning options

The UVSwift system offers a range-of-cleaning technologies, allowing you to match your system to site-specific water quality. As well, a flexible design enables you to easily upgrade your UVSwift system if water conditions change.
