Designed to meet the needs of the small community, the TrojanUVSwift™SC is ideally suited for smaller flow applications up to 4.4 MGD (700m3/hr). The UVSwiftSC is a compact, robust system providing efficient, economical solutions for drinking water disinfection of surface water or groundwater sources.
The UVSwiftSC is bioassay-validated, having undergone the rigorous third-party DVGW certification process to ensure verified dose delivery. The stringent, real-world testing of DVGW is internationally recognized for providing verification that a system will perform as expected.
The UVSwiftSC is engineered to provide reliable performance, simplified maintenance, and reduced operating costs. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling was used to develop an innovative reactor design that offers increased reactor efficiency and allows the use of fewer lamps - reducing O&M costs.
ADVANCED LAMP TECHNOLOGY
Energy-efficient amalgam lamps are used, allowing fewer lamps to be employed than in conventional low pressure systems. Trojan's amalgam lamps also draw less energy than competitive, high-output systems resulting in lower power consumption.
Inactivation of a broad spectrum of microorganisms
Simple and inexpensive to maintain and operate
Minimal space requirements
Third-party bioassay validation [DVGW}
