The NI cRIO-9068 combines a dual-core processor, a reconfigurable FPGA, and eight slots for C Series I/O modules within one chassis. Featuring a 667 MHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor running the NI Linux Real-Time OS and an Artix-7 FPGA, this system is well-suited for advanced embedded control and monitoring applications. The cRIO-9068 offers a -40 °C to 70 °C operating temperature range along with dual 9 VDC to 30 VDC power supply inputs for use in applications that demand a rugged and temperature-tolerant controller. You can use NI LabVIEW system design software to create, debug, and deploy logic to both the onboard FPGA and the processor running the NI Linux Real-Time OS. The LabVIEW environment includes hundreds of prewritten libraries for analysis, control, and logging. C/C++ developers have the option to reuse existing libraries within LabVIEW Real-Time or develop, debug, and deploy C/C++ applications for the onboard processor. Also included are all necessary I/O drivers and middleware for AXI communication between the FPGA and processor as well as network communication libraries to develop the entire system software with a single tool: LabVIEW.
