DIN EN 14700: T Ni 2-250-CKNPT

High temperature resistance alloy for hot working tools. When first applied to hot forging dies, the overlay is very cohesive. Under impact, pressure load and high temperature, the resulting overlay increases hardness up to 400 HB without deforming. The deposit is heat and wear resistant and resistant to oxidising, reducting and other corrosive media.

DIN EN 14700: T Ni 2-40-CKPTZ

Coroloy 520 deposits a Cr-, Co-, Mo-, Ti-, Al- and W-alloy in a nickel base. The weld metal is a precipitated, easily hardened alloy with an exceptional combination of high temperature mechanical properties, formability and corrosion resistance. The alloy can be used for hot forging dies, hot working steels, hot shear blades, etc.
