The vacuum handling systems of the ERGO-Sprint range are especially designed for in-house transport and handling tasks in combination with overhead cranes, X-Y-lightweight crane systems, pillar jib cranes or wall-mounted jib cranes. Special solutions enable the operation with a fork-lift truck.
The use in hoists with a fl exible guidance (with a chain or wire rope hoist for lifting and lowering the load) and the horizontal rotatability of up to 360° in the crane hook.
A variety of suction frame versions for the optimal adaption to load and plate geometries; special solutions for curved panes are also available
Extendable arms for geometric adjustment of the suction frame to the load without using tools
The adaptability to and the combinability of available energy sources (compressed air, 400 V, 230 V and 24 V battery–powered respectively) for vacuum generation and load manipulation
In case of pneumatically operated machines the possibility to equip every vacuum suction cup with its own vacuum generation (ejectors) with non-return valves and vacuum gauges
The comprehensive safety functions (depending on device): - compressed air and vacuum gauges respectively - optical and/or acoustic signal devices to monitor the energy supply and the vacuum function respectively - centrally or decentrally arranged non-return valves - charging level indicator
Minimum servicing and preventive maintenance requirements
The following options: blow-off function, automatic energy saving, spring loaded suction cups, adjustable crane sling points, cable or radio remote control for electrical devices, chain hoists
